We have undertaken numerous developments in the Durban area. In 2006 & 2007 we successfully completed the Mount Edgecombe Manors & Mount Edgecombe Crest both having 105 units each & a development cost of R150 million each.

We have done over 250 Alterations & Additions in the Durban North, La Lucia, Umhlanga, Ballito area, ranging from small jobs to multi-million rand jobs. Our work and experience is vast and multi-facetted.
BUILDING REFURBISHMENTS:
We have experience in refurbishing older buildings. We have just completed the refurbishment of two blocks of flats on the Umhlanga beachfront giving them a modernized and updated look.
